Adam‘s resume includes ten years of aircraft sales success at two of the world‘s largest jet manufacturers, Textron Aviation (then Cessna) and Embraer. Prior to co-founding Verity Jet Group, Adam achieved massive results in the light, midsize and super midsize aircraft markets at one of the most prominent aircraft brokerages in the U.S. He is an accomplished aviator, Flight Safety trained in the Grand Caravan turboprop, and former Cessna Aircraft Company Instructor Pilot.

Andy amassed over a decade of cutting edge aviation experience prior to co-founding Verity Jet Group. Formerly, Andy led the aircraft sales division of one of the fastest growing aviation companies in the Northwest U.S. He‘s worked as a Cessna Aircraft Company demonstration and training pilot, and established corporate flight departments for companies throughout the country. Andy is a talented pilot and type rated in the Phenom series aircraft.

Deenae offers a wealth of Aviation knowledge spanning 15 years of experience in both the civilian and military sector. Most recently employed as a Program Manager for Northrop Grumman, she managed multi-million-dollar modifications to the United States Air Force’s E-3 fleet. Prior to Northrop Gruman, Deenae worked as a Director of Technical Records, managing aviation technical services globally. Deenae’s hands-on experience with both aircraft documentation and Program Management has given her a unique set of skills that is best utilized in her role with Verity Jet Group. Her level of commitment to fine tuning details brings tremendous value and creates a smooth process for clients.

Ryan brings extensive aviation expertise to the team. Ryan began his career at Insured Aircraft Title Company where he honed his skills in managing complex transactions and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, all while providing exceptional service to clients. Ryan has developed a keen focus on the Citation line of products. His in-depth knowledge of Citation aircraft not only enhances his ability to support our clients in making informed decisions but also ensures they receive tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Ryan is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in every transaction. His commitment to building strong relationships with clients and industry partners has been key to his success. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, flying, and spending time with family.

Mike brings more than 30 years of experience as a business owner to Verity Jet. He helps clients make important financial decisions, negotiate complex transactions, and build lasting relationships rooted in trust. A lifelong aviation enthusiast, Mike earned his Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate and combines his deep passion for aviation with a practical business perspective. Jet, Mike works closely with aircraft owners and buyers, with a special focus on the King Air market. He guides clients confidently through every stage of the sales and acquisition process, emphasizing that buying or selling an aircraft is far more than a transaction — it is a significant business decision. Mike believes the best aircraft transactions are built on honest advice, thoughtful negotiation, and always doing what is right for the client. His goal is simple: earn a client’s trust today and become the advisor they recommend tomorrow.

Jenny Gehay serves as Marketing Director at Verity Jet Group. A passionate marketing professional with a strong background in branding and client-focused marketing, she creates compelling campaigns and experiences that drive engagement, support the Verity team, and accelerate brand growth. In her current role, Jenny develops and executes comprehensive marketing strategies that support the Verity team, strengthen client relationships and fuel brand growth.

Wade Hanska brings nearly a decade of hands-on aviation experience to his role as Aircraft Sales Director at Verity Jet. He most recently served as Senior ProAdvantage Sales Manager at Textron Aviation, where he led a global sales team, oversaw thousands of program enrollments, and personally closed more than 500 aircraft transactions. Wade consistently led his team in program sales from 2023 through 2026, setting new records each year. Wade built his career from the ground up. He started on the ramp fueling aircraft, coordinating with air traffic control, and managing tarmac logistics. He advanced through hands-on roles in maintenance coordination and inside sales before moving into global program sales, where he developed custom parts, maintenance, and engine solutions tailored to each client’s specific aircraft and flight profile. This practical foundation gives Wade a deep understanding of both the aircraft and the daily operational challenges owners face. Known for his straightforward approach, Wade focuses on simplifying complex transactions, building trusted partnerships, and finding the right aircraft for each client’s mission.

Nicole Anderson delivers strong operational support and sharp market research to the Verity Jet team. She is actively working toward completing her pilot’s license while pursuing a degree in Applied Business in Science. Nicole aims to build a career in aviation management and brings genuine passion for private aviation to everything she does.
