VALUATION AND COMPETITIVE POSITIONING

We begin by leveraging deep market insight and recent sales data to determine the value of your aircraft. After a comprehensive review of comparable offerings, we establish aircraft value proposition, competitive positioning and a marketing strategy that achieves maximum sale price.

MARKETING MATERIAL

A photo shoot of your aircraft will be arranged at your airport. The images will be used to develop sophisticated marketing materials, including a specification sheet and optional web based virtual tour.

ADVERTISING

Your aircraft will be featured in the top aircraft trading platforms such as Controller.com and Globalair.com. Traditional online and print advertising will be employed, in addition to a proprietary email marketing campaign. Verity Jet will use digital marketing to target current aircraft owners, who based on historical trends, are prospective upgrade candidates.

NEGOTIATIONS

Once a buyer is identified, Verity Jet Group will negotiate pricing and transaction details on your behalf. We will provide counsel on the most advantageous transaction structure, such as deposit amounts, deposit refundability, pre-purchase inspection scope, and inspection facility selection. Additionally, we will liaise with your counsel to assure all deal points are appropriately captured in the Purchase Agreement.

CLOSING

To facilitate a smooth closing, we will coordinate with escrow to complete tittle searches, International Registry filings and closing procedures. We offer post-closing support as well, such as assistance with engine/airframe program transfers, buyer RVSM Manual creation, and buyer pilot training scheduling.
